When purchasing a Cate & Nelson watch - standard shipping is included.
All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Sweden. Swedish orders are shipped by Postnord and international orders are shipped by UPS. We ship to all countries that UPS serve. We process all orders within 1-2 days and orders should be delivered within 2 to 4 business days following order confirmation. When the product is packed and shipped you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. Swedish orders are tracked on the Postnord website and international orders are tracked on the UPS website. If you have not received a tracking number after a couple of days please reach out to us and we will assist you right away.
We accept returns that we receive within 30 days from the ship date. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges (including duties and taxes outside the EU), unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. All products must be in original condition in its original packaging. Do not forget to send a copy of your order receipt, or any other written information about the order number. As you are responsible for your package arriving to us, we recommend that you send your package traceable. Please note that Cate & Nelson are not responsible for any products that are lost during the return shipping.
